HackMotion is changing the way people master skill-based sports. We have built a segment-leading product for golf swing training and are experiencing rapid growth in technology adoption.
Providing high-quality and expectations beating customer support is integral to our organization. Currently, every team member participates in resolving customer requests. As our user base expands, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Product Specialist to help us maintain the response quality and speed our customers expect.
You will join the HackMotion team with a clear mission: ensuring users receive quick, helpful replies by becoming an expert in our products and offerings. As part of the customer support team, you will work closely with colleagues to: respond promptly to user inquiries, improve our knowledge base and act as a customer ambassador within the organization.
Your success will be defined by our ability to increase support capacity and effectively resolve customer questions as we scale.
Your Tasks:
Promptly respond to user inquiries by referencing knowledge base resources.
Continuously update and improve the knowledge base.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for customer issues.
Lead ticket resolution process through organization
What we expect:
Ability to quickly grasp the details of an evolving product.
Strong empathy and excellent communication skills when engaging with customers.
Proactive, results-driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (including the ability to handle calls when necessary).
Basic familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and ability to learn other technical tools.

Our journey so far
Company founded
HackMotion was created to improve the experience of learning skill-based activities with a virtual coach. Our early prototypes did full-body motion capture and were tested in extreme environments such as snowboarding and even skydiving in vertical wind tunnels.
First product launch
The first HackMotion product was built and launched in 2018. It was targeted to the golf professional niche - golf coaches and advanced players.
HackMotion adoption among golf pros
HackMotion golf product quickly gains traction and gets widespread adoption among top industry professionals. These include true superstars, such as the coaches of Rory McIlroy (former world rank No. 1) and Dustin Johnson (winner of 6 world cups).
HackMotion Golf Player version launch
Based on learnings gained working with golf professionals the HackMotion Golf Player version was launched and quickly gained momentum. Within the first year, thousands of products were shipped across 5 continents allowing rapid scaling of the business.
HackMotion virtual coaching development
Working together with some of the world’s leading golf coaches, we developed virtual golf coaching functionality, delivered it to tens of thousands of customers worldwide and 7x scaled our revenue.
Becoming a global sports wearable leader
Our ambition for the upcoming years is to continue significant expansion in the golf consumer segment. Our goal is to be the world's No. 1 virtual coaching wearable.
Our office
Most of our team members work in a remote-office mix, however, most of the time is spent in office. We are located in the heart of Latvia’s startup scene—Startup House Riga in Spīķeri—occupying the 4th floor of the newly renovated Startup House 2.0.
Also, we have an indoor golf simulator to always be able to test our products as well as have a little fun.
