Senior Mobile Developer
Join HackMotion to build advanced Flutter applications that turn live motion capture into rich & interactive sports coaching experiences.
About this position
Your mission as a Senior Mobile Developer at HackMotion will be to take on our toughest technical challenges as product capabilities grow. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing solutions to non-trivial engineering problems that arise from growing product complexity, ensuring we can keep our product development fast and sustainable.
You’ll become a key part of our ever-growing and highly motivated product team, working closely with other engineers, designers, product and technical leadership. Your work will be focused on our cross-platform Flutter application and the surrounding cloud infrastructure built on Firebase (Google Cloud), TypeScript and C# (ASP.NET Core).
The work will be truly engaging and fun, and you will be able to learn a lot. We do everything in-house: from physical hardware design and embedded firmware to our app and cloud infrastructure.
We build and maintain iOS and Android applications with a single code base on Flutter. Our app blends sports tech with game-like training: live motion tracking, real-time audio and vibration feedback, responsive animations, and interactive practice drills. It’s a rare chance to work on software that people literally hold, wear, and play with every day.
Your tasks
Implement deep technical projects across the HackMotion app and its surrounding infrastructure.
Conduct the research and prototyping whenever we need to expand our capabilities or solve non-obvious technical puzzles.
Act as a technical sounding board, consulting on technical decisions through code reviews and everyday problem-solving.
Champion sound software design and testing, ensuring we can adapt to changing product requirements safely and quickly.
Bring your technical perspective to product and engineering planning sessions.

Solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts, architecture design, and domain modeling.
Experience with designing and maintaining reliable test suites.
Experience with designing and deploying databases (SQL or NoSQL) to meet application needs over time.
Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, GCP, etc.).
Proficiency with Git, familiarity with CI/CD systems (knowledge of Jujutsu VCS is a bonus).
Sharp analytical problem-solving skills.
Fluent English communication (both written and verbal).
What you can expect
Salary 4000 - 4800 EUR before taxes + company stock options (own part of the company).
Develop inspiring applications - motion capture for sports.

Join a profitable & fast-growing tech company.
Friendly and open company culture (internally we share everything related to building the company).
