The mission of the Product Marketing Manager is to effectively communicate and educate potential customers about our product features and benefits in our sales channels. This is a perfect opportunity for creative people who are interested in actually seeing and measuring the impact of their work.
You will take ownership of the visual and written presentation in online sales channels of a state-of-the-art product in the consumer sports-tech space (current focus in the golf market). Our goal is to create an amazing demo of a physical wearable product in the online environment. You will ensure that our products' benefits and features are effectively explained, reaching a world-class level in line with a state-of-the-art consumer wearable product.
You will be responsible for storytelling through visual materials and written content. You will have to create new and review existing assets, identify improvement opportunities in our funnel, and organize the creation of necessary materials, collaborating with the in-house web development team or outside partners.
You will work directly within our marketing team and ensure aligned messaging and storytelling through our whole funnel from lead generation to sales pages. The success of the role will be defined by the ability to improve our funnel conversion rates and boost the overall marketing efficiency (ROAS).
Your Tasks:
- Regularly review existing visual assets, textual content, and other demo materials across all sales channels to identify areas for improvement and new content needs;
- Manage the creation of engaging and informative product demos (videos, interactive assets) and feature explanations;
- Organize and oversee the development of new visual materials and copy, collaborating with in-house designers or external freelancers and agencies;
- Work closely with the marketing team to align all product communication and presentation on sales pages and lead generation channels with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines;
- Monitor key metrics (conversion rates, engagement with demos) related to product page performance, deriving insights to continuously refine and improve content;
- Provide the marketing team with insights and materials on product features and benefits.
What We Expect:
- Hands-on experience in producing high-impact assets and visuals for digital product demo and presentation;
- Ability to create high-quality communication materials, descriptions and copy in English;
- Basic understanding of online sales funnels and performance marketing concepts;
- Proof of strong self-organization and results-oriented mindset;
- Enthusiasm and interest in golf and sports wearable industry.

Our journey so far

Company founded
HackMotion was created to improve the experience of learning skill-based activities with a virtual coach. Our early prototypes did full-body motion capture and were tested in extreme environments such as snowboarding and even skydiving in vertical wind tunnels.

First product launch
The first HackMotion product was built and launched in 2018. It was targeted to the golf professional niche - golf coaches and advanced players.

HackMotion adoption among golf pros
HackMotion golf product quickly gains traction and gets widespread adoption among top industry professionals. These include true superstars, such as the coaches of Rory McIlroy (former world rank No. 1) and Dustin Johnson (winner of 6 world cups).

HackMotion Golf Player version launch
Based on learnings gained working with golf professionals the HackMotion Golf Player version was launched and quickly gained momentum. Within the first year, thousands of products were shipped across 5 continents allowing rapid scaling of the business.

Becoming a global sports wearable leader
Our ambition for the upcoming years is to continue significant expansion in the golf consumer segment. For the last few years, we have been growing 2x or more a year. Our goal is to be the world's No. 1 in virtual coaching wearables.
Our office
Most of our team members work in a remote-office mix, however, most of the time is sepent in office. We are located in the very city center in the scenic Kronvalda Park. We have literally one of the greatest views in Riga. We share the building with The Art Academy of Latvia, so there are always creative attractions in the hallway.
Also, we have an indoor golf simulator to always be able to test our products as well as have a little fun.
