The mission of the UX researcher position at HackMotion is to increase our user satisfaction by working towards improving long term retention of our product.

You will join our product team and work on improving the user experience for the app for HackMotion wearable HW products. You'll collaborate with a skilled UI designer a product manager and three top talent developers. You'll take a key role to better understand unmet users needs, identify areas for improvement in the current user journey, take ownership of our qualitative user feedback channels and form hypothesies to answer based on product requirements.

You will closely collaborate with the whole product team, help discover opportunities for improvement, propose experiments to address identified user journey isses and see through these experiments to see if they worked or not. Your success will be defined by our ability to improve overall user satisfaction and long term retention of the product.

Your tasks:

• Gather qualitative user feedback based on specificly defined hypothesies
• Take ownership of defining hypothesies/questions we need to answer based on product requirements.
• Design and run usability studies (i.e., identify potential solution options for a stated user need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users)
• Take ownership of all of our feedback channels and share learnings with the rest of the team
• Based on gathered feedback propose experiments that we need to run to fix identified issues/opportunities.

What we expect:

1. Experience in user research methodologies (Surveys,interviews,usability testing, prototype testing, etc.) would be considered a plus.
   
2. Ability to define key hypothesies, create and execute a research plan and synthesize your findings into meaningful, actionable insights
3. Great English communication skills (both verbally and in written form).
